James R. "Jim" Hill is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in both Kentucky and Indiana with over 45 years of experience in the funeral industry and is well-respected among professionals and his peers. Growing up in the area has given Jim the advantage of knowing the best resources to serve families. He has forged many relationships with family members over the years who have called on Newcomer repeatedly to serve their loved ones. Jim has been with the Newcomer Family and Funeral Director in Charge of the East Louisville location since 2008. He is proud to serve with dedicated associates whose passion is the ministry of funeral service.

Southwest Chapel Funeral Director in Charge Audrei Wilson is a life-long Louisville resident. She chose funeral service as a profession because she enjoys connecting with people and appreciates that they give her a chance to help them. Audrei loves living in Louisville because the people are caring and supportive and the community has a small town feel with the amenities of a large city. She and her husband David have one son, Jake. The Wilsons enjoy going out to eat, visiting the zoo and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. Audrei has been working in funeral service since 2009 and joined our funeral home in 2020.

Funeral Director in Charge Ryan Ramsey is a life-long Southern Indiana resident. A graduate of Providence High School, the University of Louisville's College of Business and Mid-America Mortuary College, Ryan chose funeral service as a profession out of a genuine desire to help walk others through some of the most difficult moments in their lives, and as a way to give back to a community that has done so much for him and his family. Ryan was elected to serve on the Clarksville Town Council in 2019 and is a member of Clarksville's Historic Preservation Commission.
