Zachary "Zack" Lee Kemplin, 37, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.
He was born on June 25, 1985 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Anthony and Olivia (Baughman) Kemplin. He is also preceded in death by his grandfather, Virgil L. Kemplin.
Zack is survived by his sisters, Megan Elizabeth Hayes, Vanessa Kemplin, fiance, Kirsten Fowler, grandmother, Joyce Kemplin, two children, Jacob and Chloe Kemplin, and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services will be private.
The family requests that contributions in Zack's memory be made to the family in the name of Megan Hayes.
