William Aaron Veach, Sr.
August 2, 1944 — December 22, 2022
William Aaron Veach, Sr., age 78, went home to Jesus on December 22, 2022. He retired from Brown and Williamson after 18 years, he then went on to enjoy building hotrods and doing upholstery. William loved to play guitar and sing gospel songs at churches and nursing homes.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Veach and Mary Frances Burnett.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 60 years, Eloise (Claywell) Veach; two sons, both from Louisville, William A. (Susan) Veach, Jr. and Robert H.(Vickie) Veach; two grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A gathering celebrating his life will take place from 12-2pm on Saturday, January 14th at Thixton Lane Baptist Church (7700 Thixton Lane, Louisville, KY 40229). There will be a celebration of life service immediately following the gathering at 2pm.
