William C. Terhune

William Carl Terhune arrived at his heavenly destination on August 14, 2023 at the age of 83. Being born with diesel fuel in his veins he was a semi truck driver for the majority of his life, as well as a pilot car driver for over sized loads. Not being one to ever sit still he also served time in the Army as a young man. Trucking was his love. He worked in logistics routing semis until he "retired" and became a full time pilot car driver. His ministry was helping others that needed the Lord and a helping hand. He was a member of Calvary Assembly of God.

He leaves behind to carry on: his childhood sweetheart, helpmate, and wife Judie A. Terhune - Son of the heart, Michael Stevenson, Sons, Billy (Linda) Terhune, Mike Terhune, and John Terhune - Daughter, Melissa (Greg Son of the heart) Roberts - His Living Brothers, Michael, Forest, Mark (Sharon), Garrett (Mona), as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, friends, and Grandfurbaby.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, August 21, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
