William Parkie Scott, 92 passed away Tuesday August 14th.
He was born on July 12th 1920 to Clint and Ollie Calloway Scott in Berea, KY.
Mr. Scott was an Army veteran of WW II and a truck driver for Mead/Thoroughbred Container for many years.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Juanita Scott, sons, Parkie Scott and Gary Davis, brother, Asbery Scott and sisters, "Tootie" Bowling and Stella Blanenship.
Survivors are Tammy Ratcliff (Steve), Judy Haag, Clint Scott, Karen Kraft (Bill), John Davis (Brenda), Denise Jewell, Glen Browne, Sheila Mahoney, Bruce Brown (Bob) and grandson, Joe Jewell who cared for him along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren, a niece, Wanda Hinton, a nephew Ronald Bowling and sister in law, Dola Washburn. He will be truly missed by all.
