William R. Nigg

William R. "Bill" Nigg age 72 was set free on September 17, 2014. He was a Lieutenant Colonel in The United States Army and he graduated from Georgia Tech on a basketball scholarship. Bill was an avid St.Louis Cardinal and Chicago Bears fan.
He is survived by his loving wife Luanne of 19 years, mother Dorothy, daughter Heather(Chris)Partridge, step-son Josh Burns, two grandchildren; Megan and Ethan, two sisters; Judy(Steve) and Gina(Terry), brother Ken(Cheryl) and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Walter and brother Jim.
Visitation will be on Monday September 22, 2014 from 5-7pm with service to follow at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville,KY 40243.
In lieu of of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Disabled Veterans Assoc or ALS Accoc.
