William Lee "Bill" Haworth, 63, of Clarksville, Indiana passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2013.
Bill was born on August 2, 1950 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Ralph William & Esther M. (Kinsey) Haworth. He was a proud veteran of The United States Army and had served during Vietnam. Bill liked to make people laugh and was loved for his unique sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Carol Sue (Moore) Haworth; son, William Haworth, Jr.; daughter, Tonya Haworth; 7 siblings, Arthur Haworth, Sherry Lopp (Rick), George Haworth (Janet), Julie Fortner, Jackie Wulf (Chris), Robbie Haworth (Diane), Tammy Fortner (Bill); 7 grandchildren, Shane, Ashley, Austin, Douglas, Kira, Jada, & Jaleea. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Steve Haworth.
His Memorial Gathering will be held from 11 to 1 PM on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN) with a Memorial Service at 1 PM. Burial will follow at New Albany National Cemetery in New Albany.
