William E. "Bill" Montgomery, 69, passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Corydon Nursing Home and Rehab. He retired from General Electric in Louisville after 32 years of service.
Bill was born on April 1, 1943 in Corydon to the late Ralph E. and Zelma S. (Luther) Montgomery. He is survived by his siblings, Alice Lower of Indianapolis, Janet Bryce of Lake Station, IN, Thomas Montgomery of Healtonville, IN, Barbara Montgomery of New Albany, IN, Edward Montgomery (Robin) of Corydon; nieces, Shannon Korte, Genie Wolfe, Debbie Phelps (Tim); and niece and Goddaughter, Kelly Montgomery.
A private service with burial will take place at a later date at Fairview Cemetery in Corydon, Indiana.
