William A. Curtsinger, Jr.

William A. Curtsinger Jr., 69, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022.

He was born on August 7, 1953 in Louisville, Kentucky to William, Sr. and Helen Curtsinger. William was a 1972 graduate of Shelby County High School, where he played football. He had a love and passion for the Louisville Bats. William also had a great love for his Pastor, Steve Fraser, and church family at Life of Faith Bible Church and many friends. His family meant everything to him and he was a very proud father and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William A. Curtsinger, Sr. and Helen Cuneo Curtsinger; his siblings, Faye McClain, Johnny "Peewee" Curtsinger, and Dale Curtsinger.

William is survived by his daughter, Jessica Butler (Erik); sons, Ryan Curtsinger and Matthew Curtsinger; grandchildren, Savanah and Wyatt Butler, and Lincoln Curtsinger; and the mothers of his children, Racene Curtsinger and Annette Curtsinger.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, September 26, 2022 and from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). His Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
