William Curry

William "Bill" Curry age 85, passed away on Thursday November 8, 2012 at Floyd Memorial Hospital. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a retired Superintendent with Early & Daniel Grain Company. He was an avid bowler at Hoosier Lanes in New Albany, and enjoyed Saturday breakfasts with his friends.
William was born at Brandenburg,Ky on May 18, 1927. He was preceded in death by his stepfather and mother, Walter and Lillie Allgood.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Thelma, and brothers; James Allgood, David(Barbara)Allgood, Frank(Helen)Allgood, and sister Marilyn(Bill)Wilson and a host of nieces and nephews.
Service will be Monday November 12, 2012 at 11:00 AM, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, In 47150. Visitation will be Sunday November 11, 2012 at Funeral Home from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Memorial Expressions can be made to Salvation Army, New Albany, In.
