William Clayton Locke, Jr.
William Clayton Locke, Jr., age 57, formerly of Maumee, OH., passed away on September 9, 2010 at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, KY., after a brief illness. He was born August 23, 1953 to William C. and Marjorie (Mullen) Locke in Columbus, OH.
Upon graduating from Maumee High School in 1971, he attended Bowling Green State University and The University of Toledo where he obtained a degree in construction management. Clay was an Interior Systems Contractor, getting his start from the ground up working at Airtite, Inc. for his father, Bill.
Clay enjoyed boating, especially the Lake Erie Islands, camping, golf, traveling and art.
He is survived by his mother, Marjorie M. Locke, Maumee, OH. Sisters, Carol Vanderzwan (John), Mediapolis, IA, Susan Locke (Philip) Maumee, OH and Beth Locke, Columbus, OH as well as several cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father William C. Locke, Sr.
Services will be private. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
