William "Billy" Richard Rhea

William "Billy" Richard Rhea, 47, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025 after complications from a brain bleed. Billy was a talented artist and a skilled small engine mechanic. He enjoyed repairing bicycles and anything with a small motor. Billy had a good heart and often helped anyone in need. He was an avid animal lover and enjoyed writing poetry. Most importantly, Billy loved his family, especially his three children. Billy will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

He was born on January 7, 1978 in Louisville, Kentucky to William and Sharon-Walker Rhea. He is preceded in death by his father, William Richard Rhea, Sr.

Billy is survived by his loving family, mother, Sharon Rhea; daughters, Madalyn Rhea, Kelsey Rhea; son, Preston Rhea; sisters, Michelle Walker, Angela (Nick) Palummo; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 28, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway.
