William Anthony Jewell

Mr. William Anthony "Tony" Jewell, age 65 of Louisville, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012. He was a member of Southeast Christian Church, where he served as a tour guide and greeter. He retired from Brown and Williamson and Sud Chemie Chemical Company. He served on the state board of the Children's Evangelistic Fellowship Program. He was preceded in death by his father, William Freeman Jewell, Sr. and brother, William Freeman Jewell, Jr.

Tony is survived by his loving wife, Trina; daughter, Stephanie (Shawn); grandchildren, Mikal, Ashley, Katie, and Jack; mother, Mary Virginia Perry; siblings, Belinda Joyce Green (Eddie), Jerry Jewell, Jan Kincer; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral ceremony will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 27th at Southeast Christian Church, 920 Blankenbaker Parkway with burial to follow in Floydsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Thursday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown and at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service in the Fireside Room.
