Willa Mae Doucette

Willa Mae Doucette, 76, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2024. Willa was a loving and devoted mother, Nana, and sister. She had a beautiful smile that could light up the room. Willa spent many years selflessly serving others as a nurse at the General Hospital. She was devoted to her religion as a Jehovah Witness. Willa will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

She was born on November 29,1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Grace Young. Along with her mother, she is preceded in death by her son, Kirk Jerome Young.

Willa is survived by her loving family, sons, Keith (Deborah) Young, James Young; grandchildren, Jerrika Leslie, Sierra Leslie, Kayla Young, Kennedy Young, Keith Young, Jr., James Young, Jr., Savannah Young; brother, William Young, Sr.; as well as a host of great-grandchildren, extended family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.
