Wilbur Nash Jr., 84, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on June 30, 2013.

Wilbur Nash Jr. was born on January 31, 1929 to Wilbur Nash, Sr. & Orpha Nash. He was the oldest of four children. His siblings were Marilyn Doyle, Warren & Darrell Nash. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. In 1952, he married Gloria Ising Nash. He worked as a Stereotyper at the Courier Journal and newspapers all over the country. In 1959 he moved his family to Wichita, Kansas where he worked at the Wichita Eagle & Beacon. He graduated from Wichita State University in 1969 & moved back to Indiana. He was Director of Admissions at Louisville General Hospital & University of Louisville Hospital. Wilbur retired in 1991 and became a real estate agent. Wilbur was a lifetime member of Park Christian Church in New Albany.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Gloria Nash; sister & brothers; children, Ron (Susan Marguet) Nash, Barbara Grauel (Fred), & Tom Nash; 4 grandchildren, Ben & Sam Nash and Ashley & Evan Young; great-grandsons, Skyler Young & Landon Krow; and many nieces & nephews and other relatives.

His Memorial Service will be held at 5 PM on Saturday, July 20th, 2013 at Park Christian Church (2231 Green Valley Road, New Albany, IN). Cremation was chosen following Wilbur's wishes.
