Wesley R. Watson

Wesley R. Watson Sr. , 74, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021. Wesley enjoyed being with family and friends, and helped raise so many. He was an avid University of Louisville fan and enjoyed going to games. He was a Maintenace Supervisor and was able to fix just about anything, and had a large collection of tools. Wesley was a fun loving individual who loved a cold Bud Light and sharing a brew at his favorite spot Ott's Tavern. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was born on August 27, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to Raymond and Mary (Singleton) Watson. He is preceded in death by his Parents, and Daughter, Amanda.

Wesley is survived by his loving Wife of 31 years, Janette, Children: Sherry, Wes Jr., Sonya, Adam, and Sarah, Siblings: Terry, Cheryl, and Caryn; Grandchildren: Kristy, Kasey, Anessa, Karlee, Jason, Anna, Austin, Jesse, Ayden, Dustin, Zack, Courtney, Tyler, and Michael; Great Grandchildren: Ryder and Alyssa, and soon to be Great Grandchildren, Axel & Will. Wesley also leaves behind to cherish his memory, In-Laws, Nieces, Nephews, Friends and Extended Family

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
