Wesley Andrew Garey

Mr. Wesley A. Garey, age 65 of Louisville, formerly of Maine, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2011. He was retired from General Electric Aircraft Engines, and an Elfun Society member. He was a very dedicated servant of the Lord, and one of the founders of the youth program in the Court Street Baptist Church in Auburn, Maine, a deacon at Court Street Baptist and First Baptist Church of Hamilton, Ohio, and was a founding member of Crossway Community Church in Harrison, Ohio.

Mr. Garey is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Trudie Waye Garey; children, Denise Willey (Donn) and Chris Garey (Tonya); grandchildren, Jordan and Heather Willey and Trevor and Patrick Garey; his sister, Peggy Cote (Paul); and his brothers, Richard (Becky) and Malcolm Garey.

Memorial celebration of Mr. Garey's life will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 13800 Aiken Road with visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service. Memorial gifts may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Elevator Fund.
