Wayne Nesmith, 64, of Charlestown, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, socializing, fishing, golfing, playing cards, coffee, and soft drinks.
He was born on March 23, 1959 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Sharon (Peyton) Angel. He is preceded in death by his mother.
Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Nesmith; five children, Rosemarie (James) McClure, Audrieanna Nesmith, Christopher Nesmith, Wayne Nesmith, Jr., and Brian Karr; three grandchildren, Harmony, Adalynn, and Evelyn; three siblings, Donna Petri, Michael (April) Petri, and Danny Petri.
It was Wayne's wish to be cremated. Cremation was entrusted to Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany).
