Wayne Morris

Orville "Wayne" Morris, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. 

He was born on December 29, 1941 in Island, Kentucky to the late Arvil and Edith (Baker) Morris. He is also preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Connie Jean Morris, son, Glenn Nutting; son-in-laws, David Nursement and Scott Spears. 

Wayne is survived by his loving children, Larry Morris, Debra Spears, Michelle Nursement; daughter-in-law, Janet Nutting; grandchildren, Brandon (Jenn), Christi and Raven (Vincent); great-grandchildren, Gabby, Madi and Lily; several nieces and nephews with a special thank you to nephew Tommy Taylor and Joey DePace; and a host of family and friends.

Per Wayne's wishes cremation was chosen and a celebration of life will be held later in January. 

The family requests that contributions in Wayne’s memory be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
