Warren Oliver Bruce, Sr., 76, devoted husband, father, and grandfather, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. He was a United States Navy veteran and retired from Robinson Nugent.
He was born on April 2, 1946, in New Albany, Indiana, to Warren and Lucille Bruce. Warren is survived by his wife, Peggy (Sumner) Bruce; children, Warren, Jr. (Jennifer), Tony (Kimberly), and John (Heather) Bruce, and Cheree Combs (Steve Pryor); grandsons, William and Timothy Bruce, and Jonathan Combs; ten great-grandchildren; and siblings, Harry (Mary) and David (Sherry) Bruce, Elva Shuck, and Cheryl Weatherman (Branson).
Warren's wish was to be cremated, and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with his care.
