Warner Brown Tarrants, 45, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
He was born on December 7, 1977 in Louisville, Kentucky to Elbert and Mary (Sapp) Tarrants. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Annetta Tarrants and aunt, Eileen Tarrants.
Warner was a 15 year Navy Veteran Helicopter Pilot, serving 2 tours in Kuwait, he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky, where he wanted to care for others by touching their lives. His life was dedicated to caring for and loving others. He was also a huge UK Wildcats fan.
Warner is survived by his loving mother, Mary Lou Larsen, father, Elbert Lowell Tarrants, sister, Shannon Herbert (Jim), fiancée, Meghan Foster, step-children, Eden, River and Leo, nieces, Cori Bohannon (Chris), Celsi Marshall, nephew, Curt Marshall, great-nephews, Brayden and Dion Walker, aunts, Sarah Bailey (Joe), Shannon Tarrants, uncles, Steven Tarrants, Wayne Tarrants , Aunt Margaret and Uncle Mike Weaver, Cousins Amanda (Scott) Rood , cousin Kevin O'Neal and best friend, John Moel. He is also survived by a host of friends and colleagues.
