Vonell Wilson, age 89 of Louisville, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013. She was born September 26, 1923 in Red Boiling Springs, TN. She was formerly employed by JC Penny. She was preceded in death by her husband Victor; her parents, William and Mattie Pedigo Coons; son, Robert D. Wilson; siblings, Wilma Davis, JoAnn Moore, Joyce Caffee, and Boyd Coons.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her children, Bruce E. Wilson, Sr., David E. Wilson and Patricia A. Mason (Everett Carlton); grandchildren, Gia Elizabeth Rapp (Richard), Bruce E. Wilson, Jr. (Alysia), Greg Brandon Wilson, Christy Prusak (Tony); great-grandchildren, Callie, Caroline, Connor, Nicholas and Noah; siblings, Shirley Caffee and Junior Coons.
Mrs. Wilson will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband. Services will be private.
The family would like to thank the staff at Eastern Star Home for their excellent care of our Mother. Memorial gifts may be made to Eastern Star Home.
