Born Virginia Louise Baker in Princeton,KY
Virginia grew up in the United Methodist Church and was an active member of New Coke United Methodist Church for for over 50 years. She retired as a Foster Grandparent (St. Benedict Child Care Center) in the late 1900s. She was married to Albert Thompson(deceased) in Louisville,KY where they had two sons; Ronald and Raymond(deceased).
She is survived by her son Ronald Thompson(Rose), two nieces, two nephews, five grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Saturday September 13, 2014 from 10-12pm with service to follow at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville,KY 40243.
