Viola Jean Parrish, 69, passed away on October 12, 2023. She was a social butterfly that never met a stranger. Viola's family meant the world to her. She was Elvis Presley's biggest fan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Jenny Flack; brothers, Bobby, Tommy, Billy and Martel Flack; nephews, Bruce and Keith Fowler and her life partner, Paul Johnson.
Viola leaves to cherish her memories, her sisters, Shirley Price and Betty Livingston; fur baby, Jax and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, October 20, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funeral & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 4pm-8pm. A celebration of Viola's life will be on Saturday, October 21, 2023.
She will be laid to rest at Brookland Cemetery, 4895 N. Preston Highway, Shepherdsville, KY 40165.
