Victoria Lynn (Grote) Hoover, 60, of Leitchfield, Kentucky passed away on August 30, 2014. Vicky enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother; Michael Grote, sister; Joyce Moreland.
She was born on December 27, 1953 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Sylvester and Catherine (Hayes) Grote.
She is survived by her children; Daniel Williams (Kayla), Kelly Marsh (Jeff), Cara Barnes (Chris); brother, David Grote; sisters, Bobbi Brooks, Janet Bayens, Mary Jane Fletcher, Marilyn Dunn, Shirley Schuetz, Patricia Hartman, Jacqueline Peay, and 5 grandchildren
Following Vicky's wishes, cremation was chosen with Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Burial will be at Camp Nelson Cemetery in Lexington, Kentucky on Wednesday September 3, 2014 at 12:30 PM. A celebration of life will follow the service at 3:00 PM.
