Victor Wayne Collett

Mr. Victor Wayne Collett, age 56 of Louisville, passed away September 24, 2013. Victor was a native Louisvillian, the youngest of 13 siblings. He was a kind-hearted person who loved being surrounded by his family members. He had many nieces and nephews who he would joke and kid around with all the time. On niece, Terry Lynn had to say that Victor was a big part of her life and he was always there for her. Also her daughter Skye said he was the best Uncle she ever knew. He had two granddaughters, Alana and Nevaeh that he adored.

Victor will be truly loved and missed by his son, Victor Powers; and daughter, Savannah Powers, and by many other family and friends.

Besides his children, he is survived by step-son, Shane Powers; 2 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren; brother Larry Collett; and sisters, Joyce Hetz, Helen Collett and Phyllis Collett.

Funeral ceremony will be 6pm Sunday, September 29, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with visitation there from 2pm until time of service.
