Tyler Allen Rusk, age 40, of Crestwood, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sheldon and Betty Jo Rusk.
Tyler is survived by his loving parents, Larry and Claudie Rusk; sister, Kristen; brother, Wesley (Molly); niece, Vivienne; uncle, Steven (Linda); and a host of relatives and friends.
