Troy Christopher Walters, Sr.

Troy Christopher Walters, Sr, 49, passed away on September 13, 2022. He worked at General Truck Body as a mechanic. Troy loved building cars, drag racing and tinkering in the garage. He was stubborn as hell, but determined; goofy, but serious when needed be. Troy was a jack of all trades kind of guy. He would help anyone at anytime. We don't consider this goodbye, just until we see each other again.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Linda Walters; his brother, little Lonnie and aunt, Donna King.

Troy leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Sandy Walters; sons, Troy (Amber) Walters and Austin (Katelyn Raney) Walters; sisters, Alecia Walters and Tonia Alzaidy; nephews, Christopher Walters, Brandon Green, Tyler Green, George Harr, III and Basil Alzaidy; aunt, Peggy (Roger) Taylor and his four legged best friends, Tank, Blackie Chan and Holly.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 18, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 12pm-6pm with a celebration of Troy's life beginning at 6pm.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers that expressions of sympathy be donated to Sandy for funeral expenses. They can be made on-line at the bottom of the obituary page.
