Tommy Wayne Middleton, 66, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023.
He was born on July 24, 1957 in Harlan, Kentucky to Sylvan Middleton Sr. and Eva (Wilder) Hatfield. Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his step father, James Hatfield, brother, Sylvan Middleton, Jr. and his nephew, Cody Eddington.
Tommy was a big UK fan and avid fisherman and boater. He was a gentle kind hearted man that loved his family and will be missed greatly by all that knew him.
Tommy is survived by his loving family, mother, Eva Hatfield, son, Michael Kirchner, grandson, Lance, fiancé, Marilene "Meggie" George, sister, Sherry Hatfield, nieces and nephews, Jessica (Kyle) Perkins, Courtney Vaught, Seth Jesse, Brandy Middleton, Brett Middleton and Brad Middleton, great nieces and nephews, Jalen Vaught, Jaden Vaught, Grayson Perkins and Amelia Perkins.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday November 29th and 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday November 30th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Thursday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
