Tina Phares, 58, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023. She enjoyed crafts, gaming, and truly loved animals.
Tina was born on May 26, 1965 in Valparaiso, Indiana to Jean (Zieba) Phares. She is preceded in death by her mother, Jean Phares; and brother, Mark Phares.
Tina is survived by her brother, Jerry Phares; sister, Nesa (Mike) Malino; niece, Kelly Phares; nephew, Nicholas (Morgan) Phares; and three great nieces.
It was Tina's wishes to be cremated. No services will be held locally. A memorial service with an inurnment will be held at a later date at Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso, Indiana. Cremation was entrusted by Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150).
