Timothy Wayne Elmore

Timothy Wayne Elmore, 56, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024 surrounded by his family. He was a 1985 graduate of Clarksville High School and Master Mason at Masonic Lodge #340. Tim had many hobbies and interests that included bowling, fishing and playing golf. Tim was an avid fan of the Indiana Hoosiers and always looked forward to family gatherings and playing cards with his euchre family.

He was born on July 18, 1967 to Michael and Hilda (King) Elmore. Along with his parents, Tim is survived by his son, Kaleb Elmore; step-son, Christopher Page (Amber); siblings, Anthony Elmore (Melissa), Tamela Combs (Paul), Vanessa Mayberry (Kenneth), Marlena Kuhn (Chuck); nieces and nephews, Dallas Shipley, Danielle Shipley, Nicolas Elmore, Christian Elmore (Clara), Ryan Elmore (Paige), Brianna Elmore, Kaden Kuhn; and several great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his sister, Marlene Elmore; grandparents, George and Flora King, George and Valarie Elmore.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Friday after 11:00 a.m. His funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
