Thomas Davis Willis, III, 63, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022.
He was born on October 18, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to Thomas and Helen (Shaw) Willis. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, William Lones, Beverly Busch and Buddy.
Thomas proudly served our country for 15 years in the U.S. Army; serving during Desert Storm. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 18 years. After retirement he enjoyed spending time with his family, watching golf and nascar. Thomas will always be remembered for being a avid UK fan, and being the life of the party, "Hey Boy" !
Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Geneva Willis, children, Matthew Willis, Jason (Chandra) Brown and Sunshine (Charlie) Robertson, grandchildren, Austin, Jaylon, Courtney, Hanna, Rileigh, Germany and Eli, great grandchild, Isiah, his twin brother, Tim (Stacy) Willis, siblings, David (Gail) Thompson, Larry Lones and Roger Lones, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). His Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Friday, at the funeral home, with burial to follow with military honors at Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Rd).
The family requests that contributions in Thomas's memory be made to the Patriot Guard Riders of Kentucky .
