Thomas L. Martin "Tommy", 65, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away at home on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
Tommy is preceded in death by his father Talmadge "Bud" Martin, grandparents, Frank and Pauline Martin, Bill and Katherine Harris and brother Donald F. Martin.
He was a graduate of Doss High School, worked at LG&E Company before his stroke in 1983. Tommy enjoyed visits from his close friends, family, neighbors and the company of his little dog, Daisy. He was a avid UK fan and in his earlier years really enjoyed fishing and playing pool. Tommy is survived by his mother, Marion Martin Hayenga , step father, Bill Hayenga, sisters, Cheryl, Laura and brother Scott Martin.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions in Tommy 's memory be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
