Thomas M. Spatz
January 11, 1943 — April 18, 2014
Thomas M. Spatz, age 71 of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, April 18, 2014. He was a graduate of Trinity High School and an Air Force Veteran. He was an active and devoted member and trustee chairman of Parkland Baptist Church, was a Gideon and a Mason. He was a retired regional sales manager for Kimball-Midwest.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Kathleen; daughters, Cauleen Spatz Bryant and Christy Spatz Esarey (Greg); grandchildren, Brady, Haley and Ashton; sisters, Susie Bunch and Pam Spatz; also by a host of family and friends.
A celebration of Tom's life will be 11am Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Parkland Baptist Church 7206 Shepherdsville Road with visitation from 10am until service.
Memorials may be made to The Gideons or the V.A. Hospice Unit.
