Thomas J. Fink, 76, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Thomas retired from Jeff Boat and was a member of the local Teamsters Union #89.
Thomas was born on March 18, 1937 in Harrison County, Indiana to the late Bernard C. and Mary Helen Fink. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Earl, Paul Fink, and Mary Ann Scheidell; grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Eveslage and James Keith Timberlake.
He is survived by his children, Lonnie Fink (Karen) of Louisville, Thomas J. Fink II (Pamela) of Borden, IN, Deborah A. White of Mauckport, IN; siblings, Grace McKnight of Floyds Knobs, Dorothy Eisman of New Albany, Theresa Wimsatt of Floyds Knobs, Ronald Fink of Milton, TN, Christopher Fink of Georgetown, IN; grandchildren, Alisha Baker, Thomas J. Fink, III, Ashley Rutherford; great-grandchildren, Peyton Yocum, William, Andrew Baker, Thomas J. Fink, IV and Max Fink.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM Monday, November 4, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with a Funeral Service taking place at 7 PM. Cremation was chosen according to Thomas' wishes.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
