Theresa was born on December 29, 1946, in Louisville, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her father, JC Martin; daughter, Leticia Ann Wilkes; and her beloved dog, Cozzie Wilkes.
She is survived by her daughter, Stacy Wilkes; and one grand-daughter, Ashley Wilkes.
