Theresa Jo (Lenz) Ballard, 57, of Palmyra, Indiana passed away on October 26, 2014.
Theresa was born on October 14, 1957 in New Albany, Indiana to the late William M. Lenz and Hattie F. (Beavens) Radmer. She is also preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Kenneth Cochran.
She is survived by her son, Greg Ballard, and his wife, April; daughter, Christy Ballard, and her fiancé, James; brother, Bill Lenz; sister, Judy Cochran; and seven grandchildren.
