Theodore William Bickel

Theodore "Ted" William Bickel, age 36, passed away peacefully July 26, 2022 at Norton Audubon Hospital with his girlfriend and family with him. He was a loving and kind person who was open to making new friends. He attended Meredith Dunn School, Trinity High School, and he graduated from Jefferson Co. High School. He was a hard worker and held several jobs. He was a former member of Beulah Presbyterian Church. Ted is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ted and Florence Bickel and Fred and Jane Ernst, and his father, Ted Bickel.

Ted leaves behind his girlfriend, Tracy Johnson; his mother, Nancy Ernst Bickel; his brother, Tim Bickel (Liz); his 2 nieces, Ella and Lilly Bickel; and his friends.

Visitation will be at St. Andrew United Church of Christ, 2608 Browns Ln on Saturday, August 13, at 10am followed by a service at 11.

Memorials may be made to Seven Counties Services Addiction Recovery Center (formerly JADAC), 600 S. Preston, Louisville, 40202.
