Theodore A. "Ted" Punch, 79, of Memphis, Indiana passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013. He retired from Ford Motor Company in Louisville and was a member of Faith Assembly Church in Clarksville.
Ted was born on October 17, 1933 in Conover, North Carolina to the late Earl M. and Pearl N. (Austin) Punch. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Gene and J.D. Punch.
He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Betty J. (Starr) Punch; children, Wanda, Danny (Ruth), Tim, David, Angie Punch, Sarah Vaughn (Doug), James Punch (Kim); siblings, Loy Punch, Betty Travis, Darvin Punch; 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 1 to 6 PM Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Monday after 9:30 at his church. His Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 11 AM at Faith Assembly Church (1715 Potters Lane, Clarksville) with burial to follow at Bowery Cemetery in Memphis, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Assembly Church.
