Thelma Downing
Thelma Jean (Mauck) Downing, 78, of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2010. Thelma was born on December 9, 1932 in Perry County, Indiana to the late Elizabeth (Underhill) and Emile Mauck.
She is survived by her sons, Randall W. Downing and his wife, Beverly, of Jeffersonville and Ronnie Downing and his wife, Linda, of Clarksville; daughters, Judy Ann Pait and her husband, Leroy (deceased), of Clarksville and Cathy D. Kopp of Clarksville; grandchildren, Dion and Christopher Pait, Kelly and Jeremiah Kopp, Regan Dwelly, Kisha Donhoe, Ryan Downing and Sara Neathamer; great grandchildren, Whittney and Erin Pait, Breena, Elijah and Westen Kopp, Kaleb Dwelly and ShyAnne Wattenberg; and sister, Buelah Reed of Evansville.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 PM Sunday, January 2, 2011, at Newcomer Funeral Home – Southern Indiana Chapel (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and after 9:30 AM on Monday. Her Funeral Service will be at 1 PM Monday, January 3, at Newcomer Funeral Home with burial to follow in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
