Terry Willis Palmer, age 70 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Rowena Palmer; and his brothers, Perry Palmer and Andrew Palmer.
Terry is survived by his sister, Martha Jane Coffey (Joe); nephews, Paul and Gabriel Coffey; and a host of good friends and neighbors.
