Terry Lee Washburn, age 49, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012. He was preceded in death by his sister, Pamela J. Washburn.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Washburn; father, Charles Washburn; brother, William Chuck Washburn; sisters, Mary Martin and Cheri Knix; nephew, Jonathan Washburn, Sgt. William Washburn, Chris Stice; niece, Heather Washburn.
A celebration of Terry's life will be 2 – 7p.m. Monday, May 14, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown.
