Terry Duane Cook, 59, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023. Terry enjoyed watching televised car races, visiting antique car shows and museums and exploring Kentucky. In his earlier years, Terry worked in document processing and blueprinting. He was an accomplished musician and computer artist. His family and friends enjoyed Terry's wry sense of humor and quick wit. He faced physical challenges from a stroke with grace and a positive outlook.
He was born on April 7, 1963 in Fairmont, West Virginia, to parents Bill and Anna (Noon) Cook.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Cheryl McCarty, and brother, Edward Cook.
Terry is survived by his brothers, Michael Cook, Charles Cook, Tim Cook, David Cook and Kevin Cook and his twin sister, Sherry Cress.
