Terri Lynn Frazier, was born April, 4, 1970. She passed away suddenly at Clark Memorial Hospital April 3, 2012. Terri was a RN for 15 years.
She is survived by her son Charles "Blake" Oliver of Floyds Knobs, Indiana; her mother, Pansy Mae Roberts of Louisville, KY; father, Leslie Wayne Frazier of Corbin, KY; and several relatives and special friends, Tracy Emmert and Dwayne Partin. A special thanks to the doctors and staff at Clark Memorial Hospital.
Graveside service will be at Davis Cemetery, at Davis Bend at Barbourville, KY., Friday, April 6, 2012. Visitation will be at Newcomer Funeral Home,in Middletown, Thursday from 2-7 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Frazier Family c/o Pansy Roberts. Online condolences may be made at www.newcomerlouisville.com.
