Terrence Henry "Terry" Brown, 84, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022.
He was born on October 13, 1937 in Saint Louis, Missouri to the late Henry and Elizabeth (Myers) Brown.
Terry graduated in 1959 from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois where he was a member of ATO Fraternity. He was employed in the flooring industry for over 50 years retiring from KV Flooring in Jeffersontown, KY. Terry was an active member of Southeast Christian Church where he participated in the Worship Choir and volunteered with the Outlook Newspaper for seventeen years. He was an avid golfer and was a member of Midland Trail Golf Club.
Terry is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Judy Brown, three children David Brown (Carol), Laura Whitehead (Mark), Jeffry Brown, seven grandchildren Hillary McLemore (Jared), Emily Brown (Chris Keur), Christopher Brown (Chris), Scott Brown (Brooke Seibert), Paul Whitehead, Casey Whitehead and Sarah Whitehead. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 pm on Monday, May 23, 2022 at Southeast Chapel In The Woods (1407 Moser Road Louisville, KY 40299).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions in Terry's memory be made to Southeast Christian Church or Samaritan's Purse.
