Teresa M. Spencer, 75, of La Grange, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023.
She was born on March 31, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky to Harry and Marcella (Barr) Winebrenner. Teresa was a devoted Catholic and attended Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in La Grange. She worked for over 20 years at the Richwood Nursing and Rehab Center in La Grange.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Ann Spencer Hunt; parents, Harry and Marcella Winebrenner; and siblings, Billy Winebrenner, Delores Winebrenner Skeeters, Patsy Winebrenner Peck, Mary Winebrenner, Bernie Winebrenner.
Teresa is survived by her son, Jerry G Spencer, Jr. (Kristin); daughter, Chastity Lynn Millanti; grandchildren, Brittany M. Tomasson (Matt), Vanessa M. M. Hunt, Nickolas G. Spencer, Allison G. Millanti, Grady B. Spencer, Luke E. Millanti, Jaxon Q. Spencer; sister, Helen Winebrenner; 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, January 5, 2024 and from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Bedford Cemetery in Bedford, Kentucky.
The family will accept flowers or contributions in Teresa's memory may be made to the March of Dimes.
