She was born on May 3, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Doyle and Christine (Meredith) Decker . Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Mark Underwood.
Tammy will always be remembered for being a loving and devoted mom and grandmother. Tammy loved spending time with her family and with her furbabies, Smokey and Mama Cat.
Tammy is survived by her loving children, Melissa Underwood and Michael Underwood, grandchildren, Madison and Matthew Mills and her sisters, Brenda Walters and Deborah Burden.
