Tabatha Jo Wells, age 34 of Louisville, passed away December 5, 2011. Born in Lebanon, Tennessee, she was employed at Walmart.
Tabatha is survived by her loving husband Rodrigo Hernandez; children, Zachariah, Lilliana and Jose Antonio; mother, Carey Tyson; sisters, Cheryl Renee Quintanilla and Jacqueline Torres; best friend of 17 years Jina Beeler. The family would like to send a special thanks to Vanessa Sims and friends of Ninth and O Baptist Church and all her friends from Walmart for their loving support.
Funeral ceremony will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 30th at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow in Floydsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 11:00 a.m. Friday until time of service.
