Sylvan Middleton Jr.

Sylvan Middleton Jr., 64, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023. Junior was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He was an avid Kentucky Derby fan, UK fan, and loved to fish. He would always be there to help a friend when they needed him. He served in the US Army with honor and courage, there after picking up the electrical trade until he retired after 30 plus years. Junior will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the honor of knowing him.

He was born on June 20, 1958 in Harlan, Kentucky to Sylvan and Eva (Wilder) Middleton. He is preceded in death by his Father, Sylvan Middleton, Sr.

Junior is survived by his loving family, Mother, Eva Ruth Hatfield; Children, Brandy Nicole Middleton, Brett Michael Middleton, and Brad Thomas Middleton; Grandchildren, Tyler, Madison, Riley, Hayden, and Mason; Brother, Tommy Wayne Middleton and Sister, Sherry Lee Hatfield, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish his memory forever.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.
