Susan Blair, age 47 was born in Harvey, Illinois on October 21, 1964. She passed away on December 17, 2011 in Denver, Colorado. She was a registered nurse working in Denver, and on several occasions volunteered to work in Cambodia for the "Doctors without Borders" initiative.
Susan is survived by her loving family, her father Don Schlader; her twin brother Dean (Melany); brother, David (Terri); sister, Deborah Przybysz (Jerry); nephew, Andy; nieces, Lara, Jillian and Tabitha; and uncle, Jim Schlader (Susan).
Mass of Celebration will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 23rd at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 7813 Shelbyville Road with burial in Middletown Historic Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 9:00 a.m. Friday until service. Newcomer Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
